The Guntersville Historical Society will kick off its first trip of 2013 to Pigeon Forge, TN where we’ll tour the Titanic Museum and it’s newest Exhibit “Children of the Titanic.” These children will be the focus of the new exhibit. Where did they come from? What games did they play, where did they sleep and how did they stand up to the challenge of survival.
You can’t visit Pigeon Forge without enjoying one of the many shows available. Cirque de Chine is a spectacular extravaganza of eastern dance, colorful costumes, rhythm, romance and danger. Over 40 acrobats bring the Orient to the Smokies in this exciting and fast-paced production.
Before departing the Smokies, we’ll drive into Gatlinburg for some browsing and shopping. We’ve also thrown in a Mystery Stop that will include a tour and lunch.
Price includes: transportation by modern motorcoach, accommodations, baggage handling, admission to the Titanic Museum; Crique de Chine, Mystery tour, 2 lunches, group dinner, breakfast at hotel, all taxes and gratuities.
