MEETING INFORMATION:

JUNE 2nd MEETING

Ken Thomas, superintendent of DeSoto State Park in DeKalb County will be the featured speaker on Sunday, June 2 for the Guntersville Historical Society. His topic will be the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) and the new museum that recently opened at DeSoto State Park featuring the role the CCC played in the creation of the park.

The meeting begins at 2:30 p.m. and will be held at the Guntersville Library Meeting Room.

The public is always invited.
